The spokesman claims that the voicemail message was leaked to TMZ.com by Baldwin's ex-wife, Kim Basinger and her lawyer.

If Basinger was the one who leaked the tape, it would not be her first time violating a court order. On October 4, she was arraigned on several misdemeanor counts of criminal contempt.
