Of course it will be hosted by the devil Howard K. Stern.

Larry Birkhead who claims Dannielynn is his daughter will be there to mourn for his lost love? Is stupid Howard is going to mourn to? I am sure he is happy with the death of the mother and son hoping he could get his hands to all the money of the baby girl. He was very patient for so many years and I swear I know her kind of species. A sub-human?

God is always watching and no one can escape from the curse that Stern and Anna created. It was a morbid and tragic death for Anna and Daniel. In Howard’s case, maybe it would be worse that a person who’s head will be cut-off by his enemies!

Drugs Caused Death of Anna Nicole Smith.

Dr. Cyril Wecht, the forensic toxicologist who performed the autopsy on Anna Nicole’s son Daniel, who died last September, has suggested viral pneumonia, drug-related causes or a genetic heart defect as possible causes for the death of Anna Nicole Smith to MSNBC TV.

“When you have sudden, unexpected death, there aren’t too many things that can do that,” said C.W. “You look to the heart and see what produces the cardiac arrhythmia.”
“Drugs could be involved here,” Wecht told MSNBC. “They may not be the total answer, but coupled with a genetic predisposition, methadone is a drug that is known to produce that kind of a problem in which the heart begins to beat irregularly.”

Anna Nicole was accused of using methadone, a powerful opiate-based treatment, while she was pregnant with her five month old daughter Dannielynn.

This news surfaces just moments after CNN witness reports that Anna Nicole Smith was already dead upon arrival at the hospital. The witness claims the body of the 1993 Playboy Playmate of the Year was already covered upon arrival at the hosptial.

The Dicision at the Appelate Court

Judge will hand down the decision today later this afternoon of which Anna Nicole Smith body will be buried. Is it in Bahamas or Texas?

I hope the judges decision will not go the devils hands.

I think Virgie will go up higher to the Supreme Court and fight for the right of the bodies of her grandson and daughter and moved to Texas. How long will it takes, I have no idea. Do some research.

The Law is the law and no matter what happens, in the long run, The Arthurs' will win because they are the next of kin. For now, the case is absolutely complicated -too many feckin lawyers and liars!

Estate Litigation Rages On

At the U.S. Supreme Court last year, Brunstad argued that the "probate exception" should prevent a federal district court in California from exercising jurisdiction over J. Howard Marshall's estate plan. The California district court contradicted the results of a 5 1/2-month probate court jury trial in Texas, which gave Smith nothing.

Brunstad argued that, just as federal courts leave family law matters to the states, under the "probate exception," federal courts should defer to state courts on estate matters.

The Supreme Court focused on the fact that Vickie Lynn Marshall -- Smith's legal name -- sued in tort: "intentionally interfering with her expectancy of a gift" from J. Howard, a onetime Yale law professor and dean.

The Supreme Court concluded that because the case was a tort matter and not a probate case, the probate exception didn't apply and didn't deprive the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals of jurisdiction.

The Hearing is Scheduled for Monday in Nassau.

Larry Birkhead Anna ex-boyfriend is now preparing for another fight for custody of Smith's 5-month-old daughter. This time the place will take place in Nassau, in the Bahamas.

Virgie Arthur, Smith’s mother says she could provide a more stable home for the Dannielynn instead of Stern. He is the baby's father on the birth certificate. However, it is possible that 100% Birkhead is the biological father.

Who killed Daniel? Anna? How can you calculate the greediness of Stern? The cunning, evil, and despicable person who treated Anna Nicole like a dog?

The case in the Supreme Court will resume on the said date and is still alive. Is Stern will still act as a lawyer for the deceased Anna Nicole Smith or there would be some changes. As an Executor of Anna Nicole Smith do you think he is still able to continue or maybe not because he was one of the main factors of Anna's death. Howard is quite lenient in giving and supplying her drugs. What a sorbid mess!

FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida (CNN) -- A former boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith -- one of four men who say they could be the father of her 5-month-old daughter -- testified Wednesday that his relationship with Smith stretched over two years and included a miscarriage.

The boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, also testified that their relationship was marred at times by Smith's use of drugs before and during her pregnancy with Dannielynn.

At one point, Birkhead said, a pregnant Smith grew enraged over a misunderstanding and asked him to leave the hospital room where "she was trying to get off medications."

Two days later, Smith called him to ask where he was, and did not remember telling him to leave, he said.
Birkhead said he would run errands for Smith, and would come back and "30 minutes later, she couldn't talk."

He choked up as he recalled having to pick Smith up and carry her.
"She was taking medications before and during her pregnancy," Birkhead testified. "I was very concerned about that, because we'd already had one miscarriage."
Birkhead has filed court papers challenging Dannielynn's paternity.
