File this one under lost causes and trainwreck mamas. Virgie Arthur is still impeding Larry "I'm the daddy" Birkhead from taking his kid home.

TMZ.com reports that Virgie Arthur is still "making it very difficult" for Birkhead to assume the role of daddy.

The fly in their ointment is Virgie's desired joint guardianship of the baby - Virgie also wants sole guardianship if Larry dies while Dannielynn is still a minor.

Larry and Virgie are due back in Bahamian court tomorrow according to TMZ, and the judge could finalize Larry and Dannielynn to take the first flight home.

*****On the lighter note: If they deny Virgie's request to have the share custody of the baby, the curse will start sooner or later. She has been through a lot and she had her own health problem. Just Let It be...Let It be... Mrs. Arthur. No matter what happens, you will have the right to your granddaughter. Pray for both of you.

Who Released the voicemail to TMZ?

Alec Baldwin Responds To Voicemail Leak

The spokesman claims that the voicemail message was leaked to TMZ.com by Baldwin's ex-wife, Kim Basinger and her lawyer.

If Basinger was the one who leaked the tape, it would not be her first time violating a court order. On October 4, she was arraigned on several misdemeanor counts of criminal contempt.

My 2 cents worth:

The media talk about a half billion-dollar baby who is Dannielynn Hope. Oh, yeah… said the clowns! But I was prompted with my brain cells for a month now, that there would be no money to fight for!

The Marshal’s from Houston, Texas- as far as I know will fight for their money until the end … of the world. The money they worked hard for many many years will go to whom? It’s all a joke! Or the winners take all and that’s the Marshalls baby! Not TrimSpa! Funny!

So, just figure it out folks! God has His own way of dealing with people like Anna’s entourage thinking that the baby is worth millions but I don’t think so! Birkhead and Stern… face the reality-the facts of life now that the hen who laid the golden eggs is gone.

Go feckin’ move on with your lives and dare not to think of Dannielynn Hopes inheritance. Because there would be none! It is so pathetic after all.
I am so sick and tired of being sick and tired of this f****** money talk! I am mad as hell!
By the way, don’t count your eggs before they hatched or parasitized…ewwww!

May the Good Lord in Heaven looks up for the sake of the innocent infant Dannielynn
