BIRKHEAD + STERN FIGHT TO AMEND SMITH'S WILL

One-time love rivals and feuding fathers Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead are back in court - fighting for additions to ANNA NICOLE SMITH's will. Both of the tragic model's former lovers filed requests regarding Smith's will yesterday (14May07). Stern has filed a petition asking for the probate of the will and to be named as administrator of the estate, while Birkhead has filed a petition asking to be named guardian of the estate of his daughter with Anna, Dannielynn. Because the will was drafted prior to her son's death and the birth of her daughter last year (Sep06), the baby girl's name is not mentioned in the initial will. In that document, Smith left everything to her son Daniel, who died three days after his baby sister was born. A hearing has been set regarding the will next month (Jun07).

Smith's Will Left $710K to Deceased Son
LOS ANGELES (Map, News) - Four months after she died of an accidental drug overdose, Anna Nicole Smith's six-year-old will was filed Monday by her attorney and companion Howard K. Stern.

The baby is adorable, and he certainly would have the connections and the contacts to get baby Dannielynn Hope started. And when he was asked by In Touch Weekly magazine last week in exclusive interview at the Barnstable Brown fundraising gala in Louisville after the Kentucky Derby he says he'd consider it. More..

New Young Pony Club
New Young Pony Club fans are being asked to make a video for new single 'Ice Cream', out on 11th June.
Potential directors can submit their creations to the band's YouTube site at www.youtube.com/group/newyoungponyclub, where the winner will receive 500, exclusive NYPC goodies, and the chance to see the video on MTV.
In other NYPC news, designer Stella McCartney has personally asked the group to perform at the launch of her new store in Hong Kong on 17th May.
