What a BITCH! Rot in hell!

To receive money from the trusts, the grandsons are required under the will to visit the grave each year of their father, Jay Panzirer, Mrs. Helmsley’s only child, who died on March 31, 1982. “If DAVID or WALTER fails to visit the grave during any calendar year, her or his interest in the separate trust established for her or his benefit shall be terminated at the end of such calendar year,” with the principal treated as though the grandson “had then died,” the will states.

After 30 years-Queen rocker finally awarded PhD

Thu Aug 23, 4:04 PM ET

LONDON (AFP) - Queen guitarist Brian May was on Thursday awarded a doctorate, more than 30 years after he first began studying a highly specialised area of astronomy.

May first started his thesis -- titled, "Radial Velocities in the Zodiacal Dust Cloud" -- at Imperial College London in 1974, but abandoned it when Queen's prospects began to brighten.

He finally dusted off his notes last year and handed in his 48,000-word doctoral thesis about three weeks ago to Imperial's head of astrophysics Professor Paul Nandra.

"I'm feeling rather joyful. I cannot tell you how much of a weight off the mind it is," May said after his assessors approved of his thesis and he passed an oral exam.

"What matters is that this stands up in the future and that there are no holes in it."

He plans to celebrate his new title -- he will now become Dr Brian May -- by having a private meal with friends and family but will not be presented with his qualification until a ceremony at London's Royal Albert Hall next May.

The guitarist, who famously played the national anthem on the top of Buckingham Palace at a party for Queen Elizabeth II's golden jubilee celebrations, has not completely neglected astronomy during his musical career.

He recently co-wrote a children's science book with astronomer Sir Patrick Moore, and last month received an honorary doctorate at Exeter University in southwest England

A Comment for Paul

Hey, Paulie:
While it is noble of you to try to put up a front for your daughter's sake, don't be fooled, she has a pretty good idea of what's going on. Children are very perceptive and very sensitive to the "unspoken" and "unseen".
They have x-ray vision that cuts right through adults and their BS.
You are trying to be a NICE GUY,both on this vacation and on your latest CD.
If you had any pride in yourself, other than what is EGO-driven,you'd tell that snaggle-toothed gold digging wench to step off.
That appaloosa toy horse on the inside of your new CD symbolizes your eternal love for Linda and how much you hope to be with her again.
Stay focused on that,Paul.Forget the one-legged gold-digger and don't make nice with her. She doesn't deserve it.
Be thankful for the 30 great years you had w/ Linda and for the great children you had w/ her and let that be a comfort to you as you grow older.
Don't seek comfort in the arms of a succubus such as snaggle-tooth Heather Mills. She will get what's comin' to her and all the pounds sterling she steals off of you won't compensate for the pain that is coming her way,(if it isn't already w/ her).
Macca, you have a legacy with the Beatles that you and Ringo are obligated to preserve in as positive way as possible. Like it or not, that's what fate has dumped on you. -Read more-

Oscar Ratings Up

What the Ellen? Oscar Ratings Up
The show was long. The shadow-puppet people were weird. Ellen DeGeneres was, per critics, blah. So, of course, ratings were up.

The 79th Annual Academy Awards, beset by a nearly four-hour running time, a lack of nominated blockbuster films, a spate of lackluster reviews and an entertainment world distracted by href="http://www.eonline.com/celebrities/profile/index.jsp?uuid=4299b69e-a001-4915-9331-1ccd05b6b365">Britney Spears and Anna Nicole Smith, confounded the naysayers, averaging 39.9 million viewers, up about 1 million from last year, according to estimates Monday from Nielsen Media Research.

Final numbers will be out Tuesday. -Read more-

Best paid celebrities

Never before has a Keith Richards impersonation proved this lucrative. Last summer's Pirates sequel, Dead Man's Chest, was the third-highest-grossing film ever, with $1.1 billion worldwide at the box office. Depp's payout: over $60 million. Next year should prove equally profitable for the low-key actor.

The third Pirates sequel, At World's End, is on its way to at least match its predecessor, having banked $344 million in its opening weekend. Next up: starring role as the blood-thirsty butcher in this winter's film adaptation of Sweeney Todd.
